SZC Recruitment is run by Martin Salter, a professional recruiter with close to two decades in various director-level positions within recruitment agencies ranging from start-ups to those exceeding a turnover of £100m.

He has spent the past five years recruiting exclusively in the immediate local area and has developed an exceptional local network and vast knowledge of the employment landscape.

With experience across multiple sectors he specialises in recruiting permanent hires and fixed term contracts for the Sizewell C supply chain, many of whom are not from the area and rely on his local expertise.

Martin grew up in Leiston during the commissioning of Sizewell B, and still lives in the town today. As with many locals, his family have strong ties to Sizewell; his grandfather moved from South London in the 1960s to work on the construction of Sizewell A, and subsequently put roots down in the area.
